It sure looks like a parallel, and there are so many of them these days I'm as surprised as you are that it isn't.
Looks like the Chrome Update cards you could only get from the 2016 green Target blasters.
Maybe...not being a baseball guy at all, I really can't say. I know there are some fellow bloggers that are White Sox collectors so whatever it is, it'll end up in a good home some day!
